Our fees:
All of our fees include reasonable labor for loading the truck, clean up, and dumping expenses. Additional labor fees may apply for special projects. Our prices vary depending on the county dumping charges. We provide Customer satisfaction in the highest quality by offering a complimentary broom sweep to complete the job.

Free Estimate:
(you’ll know the price up front before we start)

We will give a free estimate up front so that you’ll know the cost before we start. We can start immediately or you can schedule an appointment at a more convenient time.

Estimate as we load:
Customers who are uncertain about the total amount of junk to be removed can point to it or tag it while the crew are working. Therefore, the final price will be given at the end of the job according to volume of junk and how full the truck is. However, you will receive incremental estimates as the job progresses.

Additional labor charges:
Additional labor charges may apply in apartment dwelling, locations that involve unusually long trips to the truck, crawl space, dismantlement, demolition or other labor intense situations.

Additional item charges:
All dumpsites charge us additional fees for mattresses, tires, etc.

Dense material:
Charges for dirt, cement, gravel, roofing material, and other dense and very heavy materials are based on the bed load.

Items we do not remove:
Toxic chemicals, hazardous materials/products, some paints solvents, asbestos, unknown chemicals, oils, oil drums, medical waste, oil tanks, electronic items such as TV's, computers, computer screens, cell phones, Batteries, propane tanks.

Cancellation policy:
Please note that appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance and 4 hours for same day booking. All missed appointments or late cancellations will be charged a $50.00 fee.

Payment is due upon completion of job.

We accept cash - check - credit cards

We do not remove: asbestos, oil, gasoline, propane tanks, hazardous materials, toxic chemicals, oil drums, oil tanks, medical waste.

Any job with a duration longer then a day, 1/2 of the payment is required at the end of the first day.

We are known to have very competitive prices. Our price includes labor,
disposal fees plus 7% NJ sales tax.

Q - What happens with the things we remove from your home.

A - We are very environmentally conscious. We recycle 80% of the items we remove   such as paper, card board, plastic, metal, glass, aluminum, copper, brass, wire and more.

Q - Do you donate to the needy?

A - You will be glad to know that most of our customers give us the ok to give away stuff that they no longer need, they are used or new quality items that a family in need can surely benefit from. We donate usable furniture, toys, clothing, records, books, dishes, all types of household items, appliances, etc.

All the usable merchandise are donated to: Veterans of America, Salvation Army and other not for profit organizations.

Q - Why would you use a dumpster?

A - It is cheaper - you can take your time going through your stuff, you can do it on your time taking up to 10 full days.

Q - How fast can I get a dumpster to the my home?

A - We deliver a dumpster within 1 hour of your call.

Q - How long until you pick up the dumpster?

A - Pick up within 1 hour of job completed. We sweep and dispose properly. We remove everything except dirt, shingles or concrete.

Q - Why do you need our services?

A - Because your local garbage co. does not remove bulk items, they only provide curb side removal. If you call us we will be there within 1 hour. Once we arrive at your location we asses the job, give you a reasonable price, and if you accepted we will start work immediately. Payment is due upon completion. We will remove everything as agreed.
